Supported Software Supported software includes programs provided to Road Runner subscribers at the time of installation or made available for download from the Road Runner Web site. As new software versions are released the list will expand and change. Be sure to periodically check for new supported software versions.

|
- Macromedia Shockwave

|
While Internet Explorer is the officially supported browser, Road Runner Tech Support also provides best-effort tech support for Netscape 6.x and 7.x (Windows and Macintosh) and for RealPlayer. Technical Support Representatives will assist Netscape and RealPlayer users to the best of their ability, but Road Runner is not fully committed to supporting these programs.
New Supported Software Versions As new versions of supported software are released by software manufacturers, Road Runner is committed to providing support for them once we have conducted successful interoperability testing and prepared our support channels (e.g., trained help desk technicians, developed online support, etc.). In most cases, support will begin within a few days to a few weeks of a new market release. We will provide updates on Road Runner Help and Member Services (help.rr.com) to let you know when support becomes available.
Other Sites In addition to software manufacturers themselves, there are a number of other support sites. For a list of additional support sites, visit our Helpful Hotlinks located on Road Runner Help and Member Services (help.rr.com). |
