Missy Mans
Regional Vice President


Missy Mans is a Regional Vice President for the New York City region. In this role, she has overall responsibility for Customer Service for the largest division of Time Warner Cable.  Her reporting areas include a 700-person call center in Flushing, Queens, Business Technology and Telecommunications functions, as well as Technical Support Operations and Field Quality Control.

Prior to joining the NYC Division of TWC, Ms. Mans was with the New England Division based in Maine where, in her role as Vice President/General Manager, Digital Phone, she oversaw the first deployment of Digital Phone at Time Warner Cable.  The national launch site for Digital Phone service was Portland, Maine.

Before joining Time Warner Cable’s New England team, Ms. Mans worked within the telecommunications industry for 20 years. She served five years as General Manager of Time Warner Telecom operations in North Carolina, managing the Raleigh and Fayetteville divisions. Prior to that she spent eight years at AT&T; her last position was as District Manager of Business Planning in Consumer Acquisition.  Ms. Mans earned an Executive MBA from the Katz School of Management at the University of Pittsburgh and holds a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
