Great news! 3-Way Calling has been added to your Home Phone service & there's no additional charge.
 

Your Home Phone service now includes the convenience of
3-Way Calling, which allows you to add a third party to your phone conversation. And it’s included with your Home Phone service at no extra charge, so you can use it as often as you want—there are no additional fees or charges for 3-Way Calling! 

Here’s how to use 3-Way Calling:

  • Place your first call
  • Once connected, use the “FLASH” button to put your first call on hold (If you don’t have a FLASH button, depress the “TALK” button or the “SWITCH HOOK”/push button on your phone)
  • When you hear the new dial tone, place your second call
  • Once connected to your second call, hit the “FLASH” button again to connect everyone and chat away
  • Should your second party not answer, hit the “FLASH” button twice more to drop the 3-way call
