Caller ID on TV

This feature is automatically added to your Home Phone service at no extra charge, so you don’t have to do anything except activate the Caller ID feature on your TV to enjoy the extra convenience it provides. Caller ID on TV works with all channels—including Pay-Per-View, On Demand and DVR playback services—by appearing for three to four rings. Caller ID on TV also works with Call Waiting: both incoming numbers will appear on the screen, separately. Customers can disable or re-enable Called ID on TV at any time. Simply follow the instructions below to turn Caller ID on TV on and off as well as to view a listing of the last 10 calls. To turn Caller ID on TV On/Off: To view the last 10 calls you’ve received: *In order to receive the Caller ID on TV function, you must have one of the following box types: SA4250HDC, SA8300HDC, and the Samsung OCAP/ODN box.
