Change Of Service
A change of service is any type of connection, other than the initial cable connection. If you decide at a later date that you would like to receive an additional outlet or VCR connection, there will be a charge. While there is no charge to disconnect or delete any channel or service, there is a minimal charge to change one Premium channel for another.

Credit For Service Outage
We do our best to provide you with the finest reception possible. If the picture and/or sound on a substantial portion of any of our service tiers or Premium channels is interrupted for four or more continuous hours, you may be eligible for a credit. Outage credits are calculated and prorated by multiplying the applicable daily service rate by the number of days. At a minimum, you will receive at least one day's credit. An application for credit may be made within 90 days of the service interruption. Under certain circumstances, if an outage exceeds four hours, we will automatically issue appropriate credits.
