Programming and Service Features Since launching our eNewsletter in March 2008, we've introduced several exciting new technology features. These include Start Over™, an exclusive TWC service that allows customers to restart a program in progress with just their remote control, and PowerBoost™ so Road Runner customers can enjoy a burst of speed up to 16 Mbps when downloading big files. More recently we've introduced Time Warner Cable Wideband Internet with continuous speeds up to 50 Mbps. eNewsletter subscribers were among the first to learn of these new offerings.

In the Community The function of community support is perhaps more important than ever, and that's why Time Warner Cable remains committed to the people who reside in its service areas. We proudly support a multitude of neighborhood events throughout New York City, Bergen, NJ, and Hudson Valley, NY. Each year we participate in a number of community initiatives that impact the lives of thousands of New Yorkers: Operation Backpack, the New York Cares Coat Drive, Internet Safety Day and the 20th annual Food Campaign, just to name a few. NY1 News There's no doubt about it: New Yorkers love their cable-exclusive NY1 News. In addition to trademark segments NY1 Minute, In the Papers, Weather on the 1's—at the top and bottom of every hour—and In Transit, NY1 offers Time Warner Cable customers smart coverage on everything from the State of the State to the Democratic National Convention, and fun features from Fashion Week to the Village Halloween Parade. NY1 covers it all, and our eNewsletter readers find out about it first. And now Cable customers can get the "NY1 Minute" instantaneously with Start Over. (Just press Select on your remote.) | |

Customer Exclusives Over the last year, eNewsletter readers received instant access to a variety of exclusive events. Among these were NY1's live telecast of the Presidential Inauguration at the Apollo Theater, MTV's Best Breakout Artist NYC and Metropolitan Home's Showtime House. We try to do unique, fun events like this whenever possible.
