How do I stop recurring payments once enrolled?

Answer:

You may cancel recurring payments by logging in to your PayXpress account and selecting the Pay Bill tab in the left navigation bar. Select the “Cancel Recurring Payments” link on the Pay Bill page and follow the instructions to cancel recurring payments.

Note: PayXpress is a free service.  You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
