The Customer Code is a unique four-digit number that appears on your Time Warner Cable monthly bill statement.

To view a sample bill please visit our Support page and click on the Sample bill link, located under the Account Management Links section.

If you are a PayXpress user you can also locate your Customer Code within your online Bill Statement:

• Access your online bill statement by logging into your PayXpress account. 

• On the Account Overview page within PayXpress, click on the View Statements link from the menu on the upper left side of the page. 

• Click on the View PDF Statement link to open a PDF of your current billing statement. 

• You can also view any billing statement from the last six months by scrolling down to the “Previous Statements or Past Statements” section of the page (view example screen images below). 

• Choose a month from the dropdown menu and click the Download button.
