What is a One-Time Payment?
Answer:
A One-Time Payment is a manual (non-recurring) payment option where you authorize Time Warner Cable to collect a payment (total due or other amount) from a specific credit card or bank account – only when you choose. You must login each time you wish to make a One-Time Payment.
