![]() When Time Warner Cable set out to design our billing statements, we wanted to make your bill easy to read. We listened to the "experts," our customers, on how our bill should look. The result was a concise bill that makes understanding your Time Warner Cable account a snap. When Your Payment Is Due If you make a change to your service in the middle of your monthly billing period, prorated or partial-month charges will be reflected on your next billing statement. This happens because your account is charged or credited from the day you make the change through the end of the current billing period. (Example: If you add HBO in the middle of your billing period, a partial charge for the remaining days in that billing period will appear on your next statement. See sample statement description #10 in Bill View.) If your account is more than 45 days past due, we will be forced to schedule it for disconnection. If a Time Warner Cable representative is sent to your home to perform your disconnect, you may pay a Field Collection Payment Fee of $10 at this time and avoid service interruption. A Telephone Payment Convenience Fee of $8 is charged if a disconnect is avoided over the phone with the assistance of a Customer Care Representative. To have service restored after a non-pay disconnection, you must pay the balance in full plus a Reconnection Fee of $25 and your first month's service charge. Your order for reconnection will be scheduled for the first available appointment. Disconnect Policy
