Online Service We're pleased to offer you the convenience of making payments online anytime, anywhere, and from almost any computer with Internet access. Our Online Service allows you to view and manage your billing statement in addition to ordering new services. You can pay for your Cable, High-Speed Online and/or Digital Phone service via credit card and even set up automatic recurring payments.
Enhanced TV Service With Digital Cable's Enhanced TV services, you can manage your account via your Digital Receiver and Remote. Just press the "A" button on your remote control to open the Access Menu, then select "My Account". Check your latest statement balance, make a one-time payment, and even set up recurring payments! It couldn't be easier.
Automatic Bank or Credit Card Draft Service You can have the amount due for Cable, High-Speed Online and/or Digital Phone service automatically deducted from your checking or savings account as well as a credit card. You don't need to visit our office or write a check—and you save the cost of postage and gas. As an Automatic Bank or Credit Card Draft customer, you will receive a statement with the amount and date of the draft. To sign up, or for more information, contact your local Time Warner Cable office and ask about our Bank and Credit Card Draft Service.
Pay By Phone/Automatic Response Unit (ARU) You may make your payment over the phone through our Automatic Response Unit (ARU) using either your credit card or checking account. Have your account number ready and call your local Time Warner Cable customer service number or 1-866-874-2389. Choose billing option (4), then when asked for payment choice, select option (1) to pay by credit card or option (2) to pay by check. This payment method saves you time, gas and postage!
Regular Mail Your payment may be mailed to the address shown on the payment coupon. Send your payment coupon along with your check or credit card information filled out on the payment coupon at least 5 to 10 days prior to the due date to allow for receipt and posting of payment.
Authorized Payment Locations Time Warner Cable has contracted with several agents located throughout our service areas to accept payments for Cable, High-Speed Online and/or Digital Phone service. These authorized payment locations are listed on your monthly billing statement as well as our Website.
Night Deposit Each Time Warner Cable office is equipped with a night deposit in which you may deposit your payment. Please deposit your payment coupon from your monthly billing statement along with your check or credit card information filled out on the payment coupon in a sealed envelope. The Greensboro/Guilford County office also has a night deposit box specifically for converters. |
