If equipment is not returned, your account will be charged up to $500.00 for each converter, up to $50.00 for each remote control, and up to $135.00 for each cable modem.* There is also a charge for repairing equipment that has been returned damaged beyond normal use. Please remember to call in advance so that you are not charged for unnecessary service. If visiting one of our local offices to return or exchange equipment, please bring all parts of your cable equipment with you. For quick reference information see our Customer Handbook* that was given to you at time of installation.
