Thank you for your interest in our Refer A Friend program offer. We want you to get credit for each one of your friends who signs up for Time Warner Cable service, but there are a few rules:

Here’s how it works:
You refer your friend/friends to Time Warner Cable services, by filling out the online referral form.
The person you referred is sent a special offer email coupon by Time Warner Cable, with information about our services and the option to sign up online.
If the person you referred signs up online for our service, Time Warner Cable will thank you by crediting your account with the featured service level discount.

Refer A Friend Guidelines:
1. Time Warner Cable customers will receive a credit for each referral that results in the successful online order and subsequent installation of a new and/or upgraded Time Warner Cable customer*.
2. Referrals are only valid for friends who receive Time Warner Cable service.
3. Referrals must be submitted to Time Warner Cable's Piedmont Triad Division using the Refer A Friend website form. Any other referral (verbal, regular email) will not be considered valid for this promotion.
4. Referrals must include the name, address, phone number and email address of the referring Time Warner Cable customer on the Refer A Friend coupon form, and be submitted online.
5. Installation of a new Time Warner Cable customer must occur within thirty (30) days of the referral coupon being submitted. After thirty (30) days, the referral is no longer valid for this promotion.
6. Referrals will be credited on the Time Warner Cable customer's account two to three months following the installation of the referred new and/or upgraded Time Warner Cable customer.
7. The referral credit may not be combined with any other promotional offer which rewards the Time Warner Cable customer for referring a friend.
8. The offer is not valid if the current customer cancels service before the new customer is installed. The offer is not valid if the new customer should cancel service prior to install.
9. This offer may not be applied to previous Time Warner Cable service requests.
10. The incentive will be credited for each individual referred that signs up for Time Warner Cable service.

*To qualify for the referral reward, the customer you refer must reside in a Time Warner Cable Piedmont Triad Division serviceable location and you or the referred customer must complete and submit to Time Warner Cable an official "Refer A Friend" coupon within 30 days of the new customer's installation. No credits will be granted for referrals of past Time Warner Cable customers with outstanding balances, for persons that have been previously referred to Time Warner Cable, or for any referrals not submitted to Time Warner Cable using the official "Refer A Friend" website coupon form. Referral credits are non-transferable, and have no cash value. If your Time Warner Cable service is terminated for any reason, unused credits may not be redeemed for cash, credit or discounts on other Time Warner Cable services. Offer subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Other restrictions may apply. Employees of Time Warner Cable, and its respective affiliates, and the immediate family members of all such employees and all others with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to receive any credits, discounts or other promotional offers under this program for referring a customer to Time Warner Cable services, for being referred as a customer, or otherwise. Property owners, managers, leasing/rental agents, and landlords, or their respective agents, employees or contractors, of apartments, townhouses, condominiums or other types of multiple dwelling units are not eligible to receive any credits, discounts or other promotional offers under this program for referring a customer who rents, purchases or otherwise obtains a unit owned, managed, leased and/or maintained by such person.
