| Rochester Senior Management Team Terence Rafferty, Division President Terence has been the division President for the Rochester Division since January of 2006. He began his career with Time Warner in 1994 following six years with the corporate audit and accounting firm, Ernst & Young. He joined Time Warner Cable as Controller of the New York City Division and progressed to the position of Group Vice President of Finance, first for the New York City Division and then for the entire Northeast Region of Time Warner Cable. He also served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager with the New York City division with varying operating responsibilities. Mr. Rafferty graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Account in New York State, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. Mr. Rafferty currently serves on the Mary Cariola Children Center’s Board, the United Way of Greater Rochester, and the Rochester Museum and Science Center. Mr. Rafferty and his wife have two sons. Colleen Bernard, Vice President of Customer Care Colleen is responsible for managing Time Warner Cable’s residential customer experiences. Her teams include all points of customer care in the Call Center, Technical Help and Store locations, as well as Learning & Development for Customer Care employees. She began her career with Time Warner Cable, which at the time was Greater Rochester Cablevision, in 1987 after graduating from S.U.N.Y. College at Morrisville. Colleen has advanced through a wide range of positions and departments in over twenty years of employment, including Credit & Collections, Dispatch, Marketing and Sales. Colleen also puts her talents to use in the community, serving as a member of the Development Committee for East House, a local rehabilitation service agency. She and her husband have a daughter and reside in the Finger Lakes area. Steve Arvan, Vice President of Government and Public Affairs Steve has been with Time Warner Cable for eight years. In his current role, he oversees both Public and Government Affairs, Production and the Time Warner Sports Net. Prior to accepting his new role, Steve served as the Operations Director for Time Warner Sports Net (TWSN) since 2006. In this capacity he developed and launched Rochester’s only 24-hour local sports television channel. Upon joining the Rochester Division in 2000, Steve served as the General Sales Manager for Rochester’s WB affiliate station, WB-16. In this role he played an integral role in the station’s start-up and managed the station’s sales and sales support teams. Prior to joining Time Warner Cable/WB-16, Steve had a distinguished management career with WHEC-TV and WNYR radio. He earned his undergraduate degrees from the acclaimed Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. Steve is currently a member of the Finance Committee for Lifespan, and also active in various youth sports organizations around the greater Rochester area. Mike Neal, Vice President of Marketing Mike has been with Time Warner Cable of Rochester since January of 1999. He brought to the Division nearly 20 years of consumer marketing experience with such firms as AT&T, Comcast, and SNET. In his current role he is responsible for the Division’s direct consumer marketing initiatives, direct (residential) sales and programming. Pat Scheg, Vice President of Human Resources Pat joined Time Warner Cable in 1998 after a long HR career in another industry. She and her team handle all traditional HR functions such as recruiting, employee relations, benefit administration, regulatory compliance and so on. In 2004, the department won the first award for HR Excellence given by the Corporate Time Warner Cable HR team, and also won an award for Recruiting Excellence. Pat is an active community volunteer, working with the United Way, East House and the Monroe County Workforce Investment Board. Andy Lukasiewicz, Vice President of Commercial Services Since 2004, Andy has been the Vice President of Commercial Services, responsible for all commercial services including Road Runner Business Class and Video services. He is a native of Rochester, and has been with Time Warner Cable since 1997. Andy was responsible for launching and running Time Warner Cable’s High Speed Data business (which includes Road Runner High Speed Online) in the Rochester area. Andy has a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Bruce Hennekey, Vice President of Operations Bruce began his career with Time Warner Cable in 1976 under the name of Peoples Cable TV Corp. This was following six years with Rochester Telephone Corp., and four years in the United States Navy. He has held numerous positions within the company including System Technician, Technical Supervisor, Plant Maintenance Mgr., Central Operations Mgr., Construction/Engineering Mgr., and Director of Network Engineering. Bruce has overseen four major plant upgrades and the rollout of residential phone over a CATV network in the Rochester N.Y. Division. Bruce's team presently is responsible for outside plant monitoring/repair and maintenance, in home installation/service, dispatch/workforce management, technical training and Quality Control. He is a member of SCTE and volunteers locally with the Court Appointed Service Advocates Committee. Armando Ruiz, Vice President of Engineering Armando joined the Rochester Division of Time Warner Cable in September of 2007. In his role as VP of Engineering, Armando will be responsible for managing engineering and information services for the Division. He has more than 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and Electronics from Monterrey Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Toronto. He also completed the MIT Sloan School of Business Management of Technical Professionals Program. Armando is an active member of several professional associations and has been invited to present at various industry conferences. Before moving to Rochester he was an active community volunteer with such organizations as the Boy Scouts of America, the National Hispanic MBA Association and the Georgia Latino Credit Union. Armando is currently on the board of the Ibero American Action League and the Society of Hispanic Engineers in Rochester.
