~ How To Apply For A Job With AOL Time Warner ~

Click on "AOLTW Job Search"

Click on "Create a New Account"

You will need to enter your email address and create a password. Once you create an account, you will have access to all of our job seeking tools. If you do not have an email address, you can sign up for a free account with Netscape by clicking on the word Netscape highlighted in blue. Once your account is set up ~

Click on "Resume Manager"
At this point, you will need to either cut and paste your most up-to-date resume or create a new one. After you have entered your resume, you will have the option to view and edit your profile. Once you have your resume and profile completed ~

Click on "Search Openings"
You will be able to select the AOLTW Division you are interested in or just select all. You will then be able to select the specific Location, Area of Interest and Position Type. Once you have completed your selection ~

Click on "Search"
You will then be presented with a listing of available openings that meet your search criteria.
Click on the title of the job (highlighted in blue) for more information on that specific job.
When you find a job you want to apply for, just click on the toggle box to the left of the job title.
Click on "Submit to Job" on the bottom of the screen
You will then attach your resume to that job opening. Once you have completed that, you will receive an electronic postcard instantly informing you that you have successfully applied for the job(s) that you selected. You will also receive an email notification at the email address you created your account in.
Now that you have an account set up and your resume entered into our database, on your next visit you will only have to sign-in, search the job openings and attach your resume to position(s) you are interested in applying for.
