Included are last month's amount due, payments received, current service charges and amount due.
Payment return address
Be sure this address shows through the window of the return envelope.

Payment stub
Please remove the bottom portion of the statement and remit with your payment. If you prefer to pay online, visit our PayXpress site or call (800) 920-0385 to set up recurring payment.
Date statement was produced
Your account number
Please write this number on your check or money order and on all correspondence.
Current billing period
Shows service-from date and service-to date.
Total amount due
This total includes current month's charges and any previous balance on the account.
Due date of payment
Please pay bills by the payment due date to ensure that your payment will appear on the following month's statement. Payments received after this date will be included on your next statement.

Time Warner Cable provides you with several methods of payment.  You can make all your payments online at twc-sa.com/paybill or set up recurring payment by phone at (800) 920-0385. You can also mail your payment to the address at item 5 above, or stop by one of our service centers around San Antonio where we accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
