Pay Online Pay your bill online with PayXpress-a convenient bill pay service, FREE from Time Warner Cable. It's a quick, easy, and secure way to view, pay, and manage your bills online. PayXpress allows you to automate bill history, archive bill history, decide when and how much to pay, and receive payment confirmations. When you initially register at PayXpress, be sure to have your Time Warner Cable bill and credit card/checking account information handy. Use PayXpress now. |

Electronic Fund Transfer Your payment is deducted electronically each month from your checking account. With Time Warner Cable's Easy Pay Plus Electronic Payment Plan you can experience the convenience of paying your cable bill every month on time. Authorize Time Warner Cable to deduct funds electronically from your checking account with the Electronic Payment Authorization Form. You may also call 210.244.0500 (or 800.255.0501 outside San Antonio), and we will mail or FAX the necessary form to you. If you need to change the account number from which we deduct your payment, please complete another copy of the form and return it to us. |

Pay by Credit Card Your payment can be deducted electronically each month using your credit or debit card. Authorize Time Warner Cable to charge your VISA or MasterCard monthly and you won't have to write that monthly check to Time Warner Cable. Click here for a Credit Card Monthly Payment Authorization form. You may also call 210.244.0500 (or 800.255.0501 outside San Antonio) and we will mail or fax the necessary form to you. If you need to change the credit card that we charge for your payment, please complete another copy of the form and return it to us. |

Pay by Phone Use your credit card or debit card to make payments through our automated phone system at no charge. Simply call 210.244.0500 (or 1.800.255.0501 outside San Antonio). If a customer service representative processes your payment over the phone(including check payments), a $5 charge will apply.* |

Pay In Person You can pay your bill at any of the Time Warner Cable customer care centers and authorized pay agents, which include most H-E-Bs and La Fiestas. Please note that fees may apply when payments are made at pay agent locations. A fee applies for returned checks. Locate a payment center near you. |

Pay by Mail You can pay your bill by mail using the return envelope provided with your monthly statement. Please include the remittance portion of your statement with your check. If you have misplaced your return envelope or bill stub, simply mail your bill payment to the following address:

When paying by mail, we recommend that you use a check or money order, payable to Time Warner Cable. For your security, please avoid sending cash through the mail. Please note that we DO NOT accept temporary checks. A $30 fee applies to returned checks.*
