If you have a pop-up blocker activated on your browser, you need to allow icmail.twc-sa.com in order to use Time Warner Cable's CHAT feature.
If you have installed Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2, and use Internet Explorer as your browser, follow the steps below to set up Time Warner Cable's CHAT feature on your machine.
Open up Internet Explorer and click on the "Tools" pull-down menu
Select "Pop-up Blocker"
Select "Pop-up Blocker Settings"
In the field "Address of Web site to allow:" type icmail.twc-sa.com, then click "Add"
