ACTIVITIES COVERED BY THE QSPP

  • Priority Customer Service:
    Move to the front of the line when you call in to talk to a customer service representative or schedule an in-home service call--you now receive priority service at any time.
  • One FREE Movie per month:
    You now receive one FREE Movie On Demand coupon per month. To enjoy your movie, simply mail in your movie coupon with your monthly bill for proper credit.
  • Free Service Calls:
    We will repair all internal and external cable lines that are accidentally cut as the result of dog chews, gardening, construction on your property, and so forth for FREE.
  • Troubleshooting:
    We will assist you by troubleshooting problems that may easily be corrected over the telephone.
  • Free Service Upgrade:
    Receive one free service upgrade per calendar year. Choose from an additional outlet installation, new equipment hookup (TVs, VCRs, game units, converters, etc.), converter delivery and setup, A/B switch installation, or cable outlet relocation.
  • Upgrade a Premium Service:
    Digital Cable customers may upgrade to a premium service or change their existing premium services once per month with no transaction fee.
  • Plus, receive:
    Fine tuning of your electronics, troubleshooting problems, FREE batteries for your Time Warner Cable remote, and more!

ACTIVITIES NOT COVERED BY QSPP

  1. Although our service technician will perform routine fine-tuning of TVs and VCRs, we cannot repair any customer-owned equipment.
  2. If your internal wiring was installed by anyone other than Time Warner Cable, we cannot maintain or repair these lines that do not meet Time Warner Cable technical standards.
  3. If you move to a new residence within our service area or your service is disconnected, the QSPP does not cover the charges for installation or reconnection.
  4. Any physical damage to Time Warner equipment (converters, remote controls, etc.) is not covered and may require an additional fee to repair.
  5. The QSPP does not cover the repair or replacement of your cable damaged by natural disasters normally covered by your home owner's insurance (e.g., flood, wind, earthquake, riot, acts of war, gross negligence, willful damage and/or vandalism, or total destruction by fire).
  6. Time Warner Cable maintains the external cable lines for customers residing in leased apartments, condominiums, and townhomes free of charge (see exceptions above). Please consider the value of the QSPP for the internal wiring from the wall plate to your
    television(s).

QSPP SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT

  1. The terms and conditions of the QSPP may be modified at the sole discretion of Time Warner Cable.
  2. Time Warner Cable shall not be responsible for the operation, maintenance or repairs of subscriber-owned equipment.
  3. Occasionally our technician may be unfamiliar with some of your equipment and may require that you contact the vendor or manufacturer for additional operating instructions.
  4. To sign up for the QSPP, your account must be current (not delinquent).
  5. If you cancel your subscription to the QSPP, there will be a 30-day waiting period upon resubscribing.
  6. You must be a member of the QSPP for 30 days before you can take advantage of the bonus privileges.
  7. We reserve the right to limit the number of service calls at our discretion.
  8. The QSPP only applies to individual residential accounts and is not available to commercial accounts.
