We’re constantly working to make Digital Phone even better. And our latest innovation is Caller ID on TV. If you subscribe to both Digital Phone and Digital Cable, a small Caller ID display will appear in the top left-hand corner of your screen when your phone rings.
This feature has automatically been added to your Digital Phone service at no extra charge. So you don’t have to do anything but enjoy the convenience that Caller ID on TV provides. If you’d like to turn off Caller ID on TV, turn it back on, or to view who the last 10 callers were, simply follow the instructions below.
To turn on Caller ID on TV:
- Press
on your digital remote control.
- Select "Caller ID." The display will read "Call Alert OFF."
- Press
on your remote control and "Call Alert ON" will appear with a check mark.
To turn off Caller ID on TV:
- Press
on your digital remote control.
- Select "Caller ID" and scroll down to "Call Alert ON."
- Press
on your remote control and "Call Alert OFF."
To see who the last 10 callers were:
- Press
on your digital remote control.
- Select "Caller ID." The display will read "Received Calls."
- Press
on your remote control to view your last 10 calls received.
Digital Phone does not include back-up power and, as in the case with an electric-powered home cordless phone, should there be a power outage, Digital Phone will not be available. Other restrictions may apply. Additional charges apply for taxes, fees, Directory Assistance, Operator Services and calls to International locations.
