100 prepaid minutes represent minutes available for calls from the U.S. to Mexico and domestic calls, at a maximum rate per minute of $0.08. Rate of $0.03 per minute to Mexico applies when you subscribe to Digital Phone and Nuestra Tele Video. The rate per minute for other international calls may be higher. at 210-244-0500 or 1-800-255-0501 outside San Antonio. Charges apply to completed calls in one minute increments, partial minutes will be rounded up to the next whole minute. A surcharge of 15 minutes is deducted if calling from a U.S. payphone. All rates are subject to change. Customer’s prepaid calling card minutes will be automatically recharged monthly. Customer will be billed up to $8.00 per month plus taxes and fees for recharge. Unused minutes carry over month to month while Customer continues to subscribe to the monthly prepaid calling card. This card and all unused minutes expire 90 days after cancellation of the Customer’s Time Warner Cable Home Phone Service or monthly prepaid calling card subscription, whichever is sooner.
