"Time Warner Cable is very stable. Once of the best parts about working at Time Warner Cable is that we’re policy oriented and while working here you know that you will be treated fairly."
 
What opportunities do I have for additional training?

"We’re lucky at Time Warner Cable, we have strong training department.  Call center and Field Services are in class room training for just about three months.  During that time you’re going to learn everything about the company from products to services, to how to deal with customers.  As far as the other positions at Time Warner Cable, we have on the job training and classroom training which offers you the chance to advance your skills in subjects like Excel and PowerPoint.  You have lots of opportunities to learn, you just have to stay motivated."

 

Advice to new hires?

"Customer focus is key.  In order to succeed at Time Warner Cable whether you’re working in the call center or you’re a V.P., you’ll have to hone your customer service skills since you will be working with internal and external customers."
