Here's How it Works
You can turn Caller ID on TV off, turn it back on or to see who your last 10 callers were, just follow these easy instructions.

 

To turn on Caller ID on TV:

  1. Press "A" on your digital remote control.
  2. Select "Caller ID." The display will read "Call Alert OFF."
  3. Press SELECT on your remote control and "Call Alert ON" will appear with a check mark.
To turn off Caller ID on TV:
  1. Press "A" on your digital remote control.
  2. Select "Caller ID" and scroll down to "Call Alert ON."
  3. Press on your remote control and "Call Alert OFF."
To see who the last 10 callers were:
  1. Press "A" on your digital remote control.
  2. Select "Caller ID." The display will read "Received Calls."
  3. Press SELECT on your remote control to view your last 10 calls received

 


 

Must subscribe to both Digital Cable and Digital Home Phone to get Caller ID on TV. Caller ID on TV is not available in all areas. Digital Cable and lease of a Digital Cable set-top box required.
