If you currently are experiencing technical issues with closed captioning (e.g., captions have suddenly disappeared or become garbled), please contact us immediately so that we can help get you back to enjoying your cable television service.

Time Warner Cable Customer Support Representatives are standing by to assist you. Choose one of the following options:
