Time Warner Cable leases CableCARDs for $2.00 per month, per CableCARD, for use in customer-owned retail CableCARD-compatible devices. Our leased digital converters also include either a CableCARD or integrated security inside the device. Our lease rate for digital converters that contain a CableCARD includes a $2.00 imputed charge for the CableCARD. From time to time we may offer bundled packages that include one or more digital converters within the base package price.
