
Service may be terminated upon 5 days advance notice and with the return of all equipment to Time Warner. No charges will be assessed to an account for failure of Time Warner to complete the disconnect, unless reasonable access to the premises for the work to be completed was not provided. A forwarding address may be needed in case a refund check or balance is due.
