First, disable the auto login options when using either Outlook or Outlook Express. The options for both can be found under "tools/options" and going to the "general" tab to turn this feature off. Second, go to Start/Setting/Control Panel/Admin Tools/Services. Find the "messenger" service in the list of services that are currently running on your computer. Double click on the "messenger" service and select the drop down menu in the "startup type" section and select to disable it. Apply the new settings to turn off the port that this vunerability is exploiting. Remember that this is not a Road Runner exploit, but rather an embedded issue with Windows. This should fix the problem.
