Caller ID currently only available in areas served by Scientific Atlanta (SA) set-top boxes only.  Digital Home Phone does not include back-up power and, as in the case with an electric-powered home cordless phone, should there be a power outage, Digital Home Phone, including the ability to access 9-1-1 services, may not be available. Digital Home Phone may not be available in all service areas. .Additional charges apply for taxes, fees, Directory Assistance, Operator Services, and calls to International locations. Digital Home Phone customers transferring existing phone numbers are subject to a one time $25.00 telephone number transfer charge, and subject to current provider's ability to release the telephone number. To make International long distance calls, a monthly $1.00 service fee is required. Call customer service to activate international calling. Subject to change without notice.
