Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers to carry their services routinely expire from time to time. We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, and carriage of programming services is discontinued only in rare circumstances. The following agreements with programmers are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services in the near future:

Starz, Encore, MBC (Korean), The History Channel en Español, Lifeskool On Demand, CNN On Demand, Adult Swim On Demand, truTV On Demand, TCM on Demand, TBS On Demand, TNT On Demand, Cartoon Network on Demand, Sleuth, Universal HD, USA Network, GMA Pinoy, A&E, Sci-Fi, Bio, Flix, GSN, The Weather Channel, The History Channel, History International, Showtime, The Movie Channel, Oxygen On Demand, BBC On Demand, GolTV, NBC Universal On Demand, La Familia Cosmovision, Inspiration Network, Great American Country, and Fuel TV.

In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned:

Playboy TV Video On Demand will be launched in all areas on June 14, 2008, with preview starting May, 5, 2008. Playboy TV Video On Demand will only be available with a monthly subscription to Playboy TV channel 771. Playboy TV Video On Demand will be available on Video On Demand, channel 1, under Premiums category; and will also be available on channel 1061 in some areas.
Find It On Demand will be launched in all areas on July 7, 2008, with preview starting June 1, 2008. Find It On Demand will be available on Video On Demand channel 1, Marketplace, and will also be available on channel 1308 in some areas.
Effective June 10, 2008, TVLand, currently carried on channel 75 will be moved to channel 70 in Air Force Village West, Beaumont, Calimesa, Colton, Fontana, Grand Terrace, Hemet, Highgrove, Highland, Idyllwild, Lake Matthews, Lakeview, Loma Linda, March Air Force Base, Mentone, Montclair, Moreno Valley, Murrieta (partial), Muscoy, Nuevo, Ontario, Perris, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, Rialto, San Bernardino, San Jacinto, Temecula, Upland, Winchester, Woodcrest, and Yucaipa. | |  |
