Free Telephone Equipment

Time Warner Cable Digital Phone is compatible with the telecommunications equipment provided by the South Carolina Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program (SC TEDP). 
 
The SC TEDP is administered by the SC School for the Deaf and the Blind which provides telecommunications equipment at no charge to qualified South Carolina residents who have difficulty using a standard telephone.  The qualifying disabilities include individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, blind/low vision with hearing loss or speech impaired.
