Payment Options
When you are ready to make your cable payment, Time Warner Cable provides several payment options:
1. Check or Money Order - You may pay with a personal check, by mail or in person. Mail or bring your payment to our Time Warner Cable office so that your payment is received by the date printed on your statement.
- Please do not include any written requests with your payment. Instead, send those in a separate letter. Please include your name and Time Warner Cable account number with your written requests.
2. Cash - To pay with cash, bring your cash to our office by the date printed on your statement. Note: please do not send cash in the mail.
3. Credit Card - To pay by credit card, stop by our Time Warner Cable office. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
4. Pay Your Bill Online
PayXpress is an online bill payment system that permits you to view and pay your monthly Time Warner Cable statement online. Click here for details.
5. Advance Payment- Advance payment is an option that allows you to pay for 12 months of your current service in advance and get the 13th month free.
6. Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) - EFT is a service that allows you to pay your monthly cable bill through an automatic debit to your checking account. Click on EFT Authorization for more information and an application that can be printed out and mailed in.
7. Recurring Credit Cards - You may choose to use your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card one time only for your initial installation and first month of service or for recurring monthly payments. Click on Credit Card Use Authorization for more information and an application that can be printed out and mailed in.
