Replacing Batteries in Your DRC - 400/425 Remote

If the batteries in your remote control need to be replaced, use two new alkaline AA batteries.

On the back of the remote, slide back and remove the battery cover.
Match the "+" and "-" marks on the batteries to the "+" and "-" marks in the battery case, and insert the batteries.
Slide the battery cover closed until it snaps into place.
Point the remote at the digital terminal and press the key to turn the digital terminal on.

Note: even after changing batteries, your remote will not need to be reprogrammed.
