*24 month contract for Surf ‘N Talk Price Lock Guarantee bundle is required to receive $75 Rebate, Free Voice Mail and Free Wireless Home Networking service offers. A one-time professional installation is required for Wireless Home Networking service. $75 PLG rebate will be fulfilled through a bill credit. A PLG rebate coupon will be included in the PLG Welcome Kit which should arrive within 10 days of PLG order. Completed PLG rebate coupon must be returned to the address indicated on coupon within 90 days of PLG activation to receive bill credit.
