Where do I find my Customer Code?

Answer:

The Customer Code is found on your Time Warner Cable monthly bill statement.  To find the exact location of the Customer Code on your bill, visit http://www.timewarnercable.com/customercode.

 

If you are a PayXpress user, you can also find your Customer Code online within your online Bill Statement:

 

  • Access your online bill statement by logging into your PayXpress account. 

 

  • On the Account Overview page within PayXpress, click on the View Statements link from the menu on the upper left side of the page.

 

  • Click on the View PDF Statement link to open a PDF of your current billing statement. 

 

  • You can also view any billing statement from the last six months by scrolling down to the “Previous Statements or Past Statements” section of the page (view example screen images below). 

 

  • Choose a month from the dropdown menu and click the Download button.

 

  • If you are unable to locate your statement, please contact us at 866-508-1157.
