Can I view my bill online?

Answer:

Yes, you can view your bill statements online with PayXpress, our free and secure online billing service that enables you to:

 
• Get a quick summary of your account and be able to access up to six months of statements 
• Go green and enroll in paperless billing
• Enroll in recurring payments for greater convenience
• Choose from numerous payment options (credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer from your bank account) 


You may register for PayXpress using our simple three (3) step registration process. To start the registration process, be sure to have your paper bill statement ready.

 

Step 1: Enter your Account Number and Customer Code found on page 1 of your bill
Step 2: Enter the ZIP Code where you receive Time Warner Cable services.
Step 3: Click Register

 

Once registered, you will be able to view your current statement and previous statements online. Registered users can also receive a monthly email notification when your new bill statement is available to view online.

 

To view your online bill statement please register and sign into PayXpress. Select Sign In to PayXpress The View Statements tab is located in the left navigation bar on the PayXpress Account Overview page. Scroll down to Past Statements to view previous bills or select “View PDF Statement” icon under Statement to view your current bill statement.

 

Note:  PayXpress is a free service.  You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or make payments unless you choose to use those features of PayXpress. If you already pay your bill via another method, you can use PayXpress to view your monthly statements and account information.
