How do I set up sub-accounts in Road Runner?
Answer:
This is a three-step process. First, you need to create new sub-accounts on the Road Runner server. Go to the Road Runner Help and Member Services home page at http://help.rr.com/ and click on the Self Care button on the navigation bar. Login with your original Road Runner e-mail account and password. Select "User Management" then click on “Create a New Sub User” and follow the instructions on the next page.
