Exercise Sportskool features personal training and workout routines by world-class coaches including Beth Shaw, Rose Zahnn, Mark Verstegen, Terry Simpson, Erica Schnike and others.  Sessions range from yoga, pilates, and gentle stretching to high intensity weight training, advanced core strengthening and marathon training.
