Bradley Rowe from Leawood, KS Named Lucky Winner of LIFESKOOL Watch to Win Sweepstakes

Release Date: 02/22/2007

Sometimes the best things in life are free.  This is what Bradley Rowe from Leawood may realize today when he is awarded his shiny new 2007 Jeep Liberty Sport, courtesy of LIFESKOOL TV and Time Warner Cable.

The arrival of Brad’s Jeep couldn’t have better timing.  The Rowe’s family minivan just clicked 100K miles, and his two teenagers are thrilled to finally upgrade from the grocery getter to a hip new ride.

Time Warner Cable teamed up with LIFESKOOL, the only free on demand television network dedicated to providing content that inspires and informs, and Time Warner Cable teamed up to give one lucky viewer in the Kansas City area the opportunity to win a 2007 Jeep Liberty Sport just by watching LIFESKOOL.  The Sweepstakes began November 2006 supported by several marketing efforts informing Time Warner Cable customers throughout its Kansas City service area to register on-screen for the sweepstakes.  Once registered, viewers were entered to win every time they watched LIFESKOOL on demand.

“My fourteen year old son is learning to play guitar, so we watch Guitar Express with Luther Dickinson on LIFESKOOL,” said Mr. Rowe.  “It’s nice to see your kids engage in a program they can learn from.  And since LIFESKOOL is on demand he can pause and rewind and learn at his own pace. ”

“On Demand programming gives our customers more control of their viewing experience,” said Roger Ponder, Division President, Time Warner Cable Kansas City.  “This promotion was a great way to reach out to the community and encourage our customers to experience LIFESKOOL’s inspiring and informative programming on demand.”

“If life’s a journey, not a destination, then I’m thrilled we were able to partner with Time Warner Cable and play a part in making the journey a little more exciting for one of our viewers,” said Daniel Ronayne, executive vice president and general manager of LIFESKOOL.
