Kansas City, MO (November 15, 2011) – Time Warner Cable (TWC) will open a new Customer Experience Store on Monday, Nov. 28 in Lee’s Summit, Mo. at 188 NW Oldham Pkwy in the Summit Shopping Center.
The new store will be the first in the Kansas City area to offer customers/potential customers the opportunity to try out all of TWC’s latest products and technology before they make a purchase and will also offer a fun-to-browse, hands-on environment.
The Lee’s Summit Customer Experience Store will showcase TWC products and services including Digital Cable, HDTV, Whole House DVR, Wideband Internet, Digital Phone and Mobile Internet. The store will feature 15 interactive TVs showcasing TWC networks and features, including Start Over and Look Back, two computers demonstrating Road Runner high-speed internet, a digital phone display and a Mobile Internet kiosk.

In the new Lee’s Summit store, TWC customer service representatives will be accessible on the floor, not just behind a desk, and will be ready and willing to answer questions and discuss product options that best meet the customer’s needs. The store also will also offer an easy-to-use automated payment kiosk located just inside the entrance.
The Lee’s Summit location will be Time Warner Cable’s sixth cable store in the Kansas City metro area. TWC’s other locations are - Overland Park (8221 W. 119th Street), the Northland (15 NW Barry Road), Kansas City, Mo. (6555 Winchester Ave), Kansas City, Ks. (8143 Parallel Ave) and Leavenworth (541 McDonald Road). With the opening of the new store in Lee’s Summit, the former TWC location in Grandview, Mo. is closing, effective Nov. 18.
Business hours for the new store in Lee’s Summit will be 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
