Staten Island, NY (June 21, 2012) – Time Warner Cable has introduced an upgraded Guide to its TV customers on Staten Island. Customers automatically received the upgrade in the early morning hours today, and can begin using the new Guide immediately.
The new Guide makes it even easier for customers to find their favorite channels, search Time Warner Cable On Demand movies and shows or use TV features like Start Over® and Look Back®. The new Guide also features a sleek new design and color scheme.
- The “A” button on the Time Warner Cable remote control brings up “Find Channels,” allowing customers to find their favorite programming by category on hundreds of channels more easily.
- The “B” button brings customers to a more intuitive “Search” screen, where they can look for movies or shows on both the TV schedule and among the thousands of Time Warner Cable On Demand choices available anytime.
- Intuitive on-screen prompts for using TV features like Start Over and Look Back.
