Time Warner Cable to Add 60 Technical Support Call Center Representative Jobs in Florence, KY

Florence, KY – Due to continued growth, Time Warner Cable is looking to increase its customer service technical support workforce by 60 at its Florence, KY operations in the next months.

Time Warner Cable will be hosting a job fair on Thurs., Oct. 9, 2014 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at 7906 Dixie Highway, in Florence.

During the fair, candidates will have the opportunity to meet hiring leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training. Those wanting to move forward will have an interview.

Technical support representatives will provide residential customers with high-level, advanced technical support specifically for Time Warner Cable data, video and voice products. This position responds to and resolves individual service issues and proactively identifies and responds to network problems and service stability concerns. This position proactively utilizes all diagnostic and monitoring tools available to ensure uninterrupted service for all of our customers.  

Job requirements include basic working knowledge of terminal-related equipment, strong PC hardware and software skills, networking experience, excellent communication, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
