Time Warner Cable to Add More Than 60 Jobs in Appleton, WI

Appleton, WI – Due to continued growth, Time Warner Cable is looking to increase its customer service workforce by more than 60 at its Appleton, Wis. operations by the end of the year.

“Time Warner Cable's decision to expand new job opportunities in the area is a win-win for our community," stated State Representative Al Ott. “This announcement means new products and services for our residents, providing a boost to our local economy and most importantly, jobs for individuals looking for a career.”

“We are looking to fill a large number of positions for newly created jobs in our Appleton office” said Mike Fox, Senior Director, Customer Care. “These are full time opportunities in a great working atmosphere with excellent benefits and future advancement opportunities.”

The open house will take place on Tues., Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 3520 E. Destination Dr., Appleton. During the event, candidates will have the opportunity to meet hiring leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training.

Customer service representatives will assist residential customers with all aspects of cable services including billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquires in a high-volume, fast-paced call center. Exceptional customer service is required. Qualified applicants need a minimum of three months in customer service; proven sales, effective computer and good communication skills.
