Time Warner Cable to Fill More Than 40 Inbound Sales Positions in Akron

Akron, OH – Time Warner Cable is looking to fill more than 40 inbound sales positions at its Akron, Ohio operations.

“We are looking to fill a number of full-time inbound sales positions in our Akron office, which provides many employment opportunities for this region of the state,” said John Higgins, Area Vice President at Time Warner Cable. “With the roll out of new products and services this year, the increased workforce is needed to assist customers.”

The hiring event will take place Wed., Oct. 1, from 11 a.m. -2 p.m. and Sat., Oct. 4 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 530 South Main St., Suite 175, in Akron.

During the fair, candidates will have the opportunity to meet sales leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training.  Candidates who have successfully sold themselves will be invited for a final interview.

Inbound sales representatives are responsible for selling residential cable, internet, home phone, and home management services. This position is responsible for learning a customer’s household needs and making product recommendations.
