Wilmington, NC – Time Warner Cable has opened a new customer-centric retail store at Mayfaire Town Center in Wilmington. The new store is the first of its kind for Time Warner Cable and features an innovative retail concept aimed at providing customers with an enhanced, interactive experience surrounding Time Warner Cable’s suite of TV, Internet and Phone products.
“The unveiling of the Wilmington store is an exciting milestone in our customer service history,” said Christine Whitaker, area vice president of operations, Time Warner Cable Eastern North Carolina. “Today marks the beginning of a better in-person customer experience as we remind customers how Time Warner Cable invents better ways to let them enjoy their passions with our products and services as soon as they walk through our doors.”
The new Wilmington store welcomes guests with trained associates and a modern, open floor plan to serve as a place to learn about our exciting products and services. Guests can touch and experience Time Warner Cable products with interactive demonstrations. In addition to the new space, customers can expect exceptional customer service.
Some of the in-store highlights include:
- Dynamic, eye catching imagery and graphics that showcase the breath of Time Warner Cable’s offerings and store specific information/events
- Enjoy Better Wall: A touch-enabled large format interactive experience allowing customers to explore Time Warner Cable’s product line
- Inspiration Living Room Area: Screens will run video demonstrations about SignatureHome, Time Warner Cable’s premium level of products and
services. Customers will also be able to use an iPad/Remote to run a demonstration of SignatureHome
- Learning Bar: Customers will enjoy tutorials and more product and feature demonstrations
- Trained employees to engage with visitors and serve as a resource on all TWC products and services
