New York, NY – November 3, 2011 – Time Warner Cable today announced the appointment of John Quigley as the Regional Vice President of Operations for New York City. Quigley, with more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, is responsible for executing strategic initiatives that improve the overall customer experience and support residential subscriber growth in the New York City area. Quigley will report to Mike Munley, President of Residential Services, East Region at Time Warner Cable.
“John is well-known for strong leadership and a relentless focus on delivering the best possible customer experience,” said Munley. “As we continue to enhance and launch new services, John will help lead our over 3,900 local employees to consistently meet our customers’ needs and expectations.”
Quigley previously served as Area Vice President for Time Warner Cable’s Albany operation where he established a track record of excellence in both customer service and field operations. Prior to Time Warner Cable, Quigley held various leadership positions at Sprint. He began his career as a technician for Nynex Mobile Communications after serving in the U.S. Navy.

Quigley was an active participant in the greater Capital Region Community in Albany and served on the boards of the Schenectady Science Museum and the American Red Cross of Northeastern New York.
Quigley received his Masters in Business Administration from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO.
