New York, NY – September 14, 2010 – Mid-sized Hudson Valley businesses now have a reliable and cost effective option for business telecommunications, with the launch of a new telephone solution from Time Warner Cable Business Class (TWCBC).

Delivered over TWCBC’s wholly-owned, fiber optic network, Business Class PRI uses the latest in IP technology to support up to 23 simultaneous voice calls on each two-way trunk, while enabling businesses to retain their existing PBX equipment.  Unlimited local calling is included with the service, as is Caller ID at no additional charge.

“With Business Class PRI, we are now able to provide a complete and reliable communications solution for larger businesses that includes voice, data and cable TV,” said Ken Fitzpatrick, President, Business Class, Time Warner Cable - East Region.  “Our data and voice bundle ensures cost efficiencies for our customers, backed by our award-winning customer service.”

“Arkel Motors has been in business for 57 years, and we recently switched to Business Class PRI to more effectively  connect with potential and existing customers regarding new and used truck sales, parts, service and repair,” said Lou VanLeeuwen Jr., Dealer Principal of Arkel Motors.  “As a result of Time Warner Cable’s faster internet, our parts counter sales staff can now look up our truck inventory without losing other phone calls, therefore making us more profitable.  Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the level of service and care I receive from Time Warner Cable.  We have plans to expand our truck dealership in the near future, and Time Warner Cable Business Class is the only provider we’ll consider for our new location.”

Business Class PRI is the latest voice service offering from TWCBC, the business-to-business arm of Time Warner Cable.  TWCBC also offers telephone service to small businesses, via its Business Class Phone product.

In Hudson Valley, TWCBC offers a comprehensive suite of data, voice and video communications solutions, along with local account representatives who are available to help a business analyze its needs and create a tailored communications solution.
