New York, NY, September 12, 2011 – Time Warner Cable Business Class, in partnership with Bloomberg Television, the New York Institute of Technology’s School of Management and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce will present ‘Social Media Victories – Real Businesses, Real Campaigns, Real Results’ for small and mid-sized businesses in New York City on October 18. This first event in the Time Warner Cable Business Class Idea Exchange will feature Patrick Schwerdtfeger, author of ‘Marketing Shortcuts for the Self-Employed.’ Schwerdtfeger will visit the New York Institute of Technology’s School of Management auditorium on the Upper West Side in Manhattan to speak with business owners about utilizing unique social media tactics to succeed in a challenging economy.

The first 50 registrants will receive a copy of Patrick Schwerdtfeger’s newest book. The costs for attendees who are members of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce is $10, $20 for non- members.
