National Sales Channel Initiative Offers Agents Robust Data and Voice Communications Services

LAS VEGAS (March 10, 2008) –Time Warner Cable Business Class, the business-to-business arm of Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC), announced today the launch of its Partner Program. The Program is designed to provide select national and regional telecom agents, value-added resellers (VARs), and systems integrators with the resources and support to sell the company’s robust portfolio of IP-based data and voice communications services to customers in the small- and medium-sized business (SMB) and enterprise markets.

Time Warner Cable made the announcement at the Spring 2008 Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, where it is showcasing its Partner Program in Booth 1528-1530, today through March 12 at the Rio All-Suite Casino.

The company also announced that it has signed on a prominent new partner, World Telecom Group, a premier master agent recently named one of the Top 50 Channel Programs by Phone + Magazine.
