TIME WARNER CABLE BUSINESS CLASS PHONE CUSTOMERS NOW HAVE ACCESS TO KEY FEATURES VIA REMOTE ACCESS

New York, NY – Time Warner Cable Business Class announced today the launch of Voice Manager for Business Class phone customers in the New York City market.  Voice Manager is a free, Web-based portal which allows customers to control and manage their Business Class phone service and features from any web-enabled computer.  Customers can edit phone settings in real-time, access voicemail, and view Caller ID via AOL Instant MessengerTM (AIM).

Time Warner Cable’s Business Class Phone Voice Manager provides a convenient, reliable and secure environment for accessing key phone services to help a business maintain contact with its key constituents, including customers, suppliers and employees.  Administrative and end-user features include:

  • Online access to voicemail, which allows users to review, save and forward voicemails as e-mail attachments.
  • Auto Attendant*, which automatically answers important business calls with a pre-defined user menu.
  • Business Group Feature Package*, which includes key features that enhance communications within your business.
  • Group Voicemail*, which enables up to 10 mailboxes (or employees) to have private voicemail service through a single number.

 

Time Warner Cable Business Class Phone is a crystal-clear, digital voice service which includes an array of business features that can be tailored to meet the needs of any company.  Plans include Unlimited Local, In-State and Long Distance Calling within the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and Saipan.
