A new and improved Time Warner Cable Customer Care Center is now open in Wilson. Time Warner Cable along with members of the Wilson Chamber of Commerce, elected officials and other local leaders will hold a ribbon cutting Saturday, December 6th at Noon. The daylong celebration is from 10am-3pm. The 2500 square foot retail center is located in the Westpoint Shops at 2843 Raleigh Road. The Customer Care Center is open 8:00am – 6:30pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am-6:00pm on Saturday.

The upgraded Customer Care Center is the 3rd of its kind in Time Warner Cable’s East Carolina Division. The store provides customers an opportunity to pay their bills, swap out equipment and experience Time Warner Cable products up close and personal. Customers can ask questions of knowledgeable local representatives, place an order and upgrade their services. “We believe this new location is more exciting for our customers and potential customers, says Dee Jones, Time Warner Cable senior director of operations support. “It’s an opportunity to see and touch our great variety of products and understand how beneficial our products are for them.” 

The grand opening celebration is open to the public. From 11am-2pm, customers can enjoy free hotdogs and refreshments. Along with games and prizes for the kids, Fred Flinstone and Barney Rubble from The Flinstones and Brother and Sister Bear from The Bernstein Bears will be on hand to entertain the crowd!
